Fancy a Game?

Pink Sands and Blue Seas

If being entertained nightly by the very best in the sport wasn't enough, Bermuda will also be hosting two more tournaments - and two more reasons to pay a visit.

The Bank of Bermuda Foundation Junior Open tournament takes place March 31 - April 2, 2006, with the best juniors from North America set to compete.

The future stars will compete at the four-court Bermuda Squash Racquet Association's venue, with a glass-backed court giving spectators plenty of room to watch the next generation strut their stuff.

The Bermuda Open Graded Championships will also be taking place during the week, with divisions encompassing everything from top amateurs - and the expected appearances of some veteran pros - down to a beginner's section.

If you want to play the sport you love, and then watch the top players show you how it is really done, you'll have to come up with a good excuse to miss out on this week-long feast of squash. If you are a fan, a player, or just a tourist who wants to relax on beautiful beaches or tee off on spectacular golf courses, make the pilgrimage to Bermuda, the squash Mecca par excellence.
